A few years ago, I was leading communications for a government agency by day and helping small business owners untangle their messaging by night.
I’d write strategy decks in the morning, run branding workshops on weekends, and somewhere between it all—realized I was doing the same thing in every room: making the message matter.
Since then, I’ve helped rebrand a barbecue sauce with a cult following, turned a quiet local brewery into a symbol of cultural pride, led community campaigns that doubled engagement, and given over 100 founders the clarity to own their story and grow with intention.

How Founder Works
We work with a select number of clients each quarter so we can go deep, learn your business inside and out, and create with care—not just speed.
Step 1: Become a member
Pick a plan that’s perfect for you, or reach out to us and we'll help you figure it out. Head to checkout to pay and fill out a quick form to tell us more about you. After that, you’ll get a link to your private portal where you can easily submit your requests. Don’t worry—there are simple instructions inside the portal to guide you through it.
Step 2: Request
Once you’re a member, you can add as many requests to your queue as you like. Just remember, depending on the plan you select, they'll be delivered one at a time. Small requests usually take 3-5 business days, while larger ones take 7-10 business days—depending on the scope and how quickly you approve each deliverable.

Five years and more than 100 businesses later, I’ve had the privilege of branding a local brewery, designing ads for a tech start-up, rebranding a beloved barbecue sauce, and curating marketing campaigns for everyone from everyday entrepreneurs to million-dollar social enterprises.

When things move quickly, it’s easy for details to get overlooked. That’s why we focus on completing tasks one at a time, making sure you get exactly what you need at each stage before moving on to the next.

You can also access add-ons like web development, logo development, and product packaging—just pay the difference beyond what your membership includes. We don’t currently offer services like animated graphics, 3D modeling, social media management, or content production—but we’re happy to refer you to trusted partners who do. Think of us as your brand’s core team—focused on strategy, story, and design. For everything else, we’ve got a strong bench of collaborators we trust.
A lot goes into providing this service, so all sales are final. However, you can cancel your membership at any time.
